As the semester winds down, students are juggling essays, assignments, internships, and exams, which can be quite stressful. At the same time, our teaching and administrative staff busy with evaluations, administrative tasks, and preparations for the new academic year, often working tirelessly and feeling overwhelmed. To lend a helping hand, FHM is excited to set up an “Exam Cheer-up Station” as part of the “Step Up Efforts in Supporting Students’ Mental Health” initiative. At the station, we will distribute Tai Po brand ice cream and other gifts. We warmly invite everyone to come and enjoy these treats!
At the same time, the Student Wellness Officer has organized additional activities to support mental health. Please keep an eye out for the announcement emails, and feel free to sign up for these activities as well.
